🩸 Must weigh at least 110 lbs.
🏃 Student athletes should not donate if they have a game or practice that day.

🕠 Welcome: 5:40–6:00 PM in the Gym
🔹 Block 1: 6:10–6:30 PM
🔹 Block 2: 6:35–6:55 PM
🔹 Block 3: 7:00–7:20 PM
🔹 Block 4: 7:25–7:45 PM

Please have your student fill out their schedule and bring it with you. Students with A/B classes may attend either course or switch after 10 minutes.

Congratulations to softball coach Kevin Pearlstein for his selection as the Padres and CIF San Diego coach of the year! He was recognized at the padres game last night. This award caps the end of an epic softball season that saw the girls win the CIF Division 1 Championship. Rah Rah Cougars !!!

Tonight we recognized our CIF Division 1 and San Diego Section Girls Track and Field Champions. What an amazing season they had becoming the top team in the county and the 4x100m breaking the 49 year old meet record!

We also recognized our CIF division 1 Softball Champions- many of whom are in Kansas City tonight. Congratulations on an incredible season!
