Maintenance and improvement projects are essentially complete and ready for staff to return next Monday. Some finishing touches will likely continue in the background over the next couple weeks.

Outside, parking lots have been repaved and redesigned in some spaces for traffic flow and safety, and exterior buildings have gotten new roofs, siding, and doors.

Inside, hallways floors have been leveled and resurfaced; classrooms have been painted; the gym has new paint, bleachers, and divider curtain; the cafe has new paint, sound absorption panels, and flooring; the boys locker room has new lockers; and teachers have new desks.

Mechanical upgrades include new water heaters, new rooftop units, a makeup air unit to improve air flow in the ag shop, and LED lighting in all classrooms.

Thank you to the Kingsland community for your support in maintaining our school facilities and for your patience throughout this summer's construction!

Tomorrow, August 17th, is Nathaniel’s birthday, making this a particularly meaningful time to come together as a community and surround him and his loved ones with prayer, love, and support. ❤️🙏

We invite family, friends, and members of our community to gather in prayer for Nathaniel Drees.
