Final week of Winter Training!❄️💪🏼

We’ve been focused on sharpening our footwork, changing directions, staying low, and moving with controlled steps. We’ve also been putting in high quality shooting reps every session. Repetition builds confidence, and confidence shows up on the field Proud of the effort and focus everyone has brought each day. Let’s finish strong.

Over the last couple of years, TWSTD STX has grown across a large stretch of West Michigan. What once began with mostly Spring Lake and Grand Haven athletes has now expanded into a program proudly representing many different schools. We are truly thankful for every athlete and every family who has helped us grow and build this community into what it is today. Wishing everyone a warm and happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 🍁
