Rhoda's Body Shop will close its doors on July 1st, after 9 remarkable years. I am pleased to announce that I am scheduling in-home personal training sessions, commencing at 8:30 am, allowing me to spend more quality time with my family. The decision to close the shop was not taken lightly, as I have formed numerous meaningful friendships over the years. The progress and achievements of so many has been incredibly rewarding. Until the closure, classes will be held at 5:00 am, 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 8:30 am, and 5:15 pm. I will post updates throughout this transition and keep this page open for whats next. 8:30 am group training sessions will be offered, accommodating a maximum of 4 participants, who will share the cost. Sessions at 9:30 am or 10:00 am are also available.

Sretch, massage them with a lacrosse ball, massage gun, balance training... so may ways to improve feet, improve the whole body. Tuesday we will focus the mobility in the foot/ankle and up the chain

Who out there is with me? I exercise for heart health, to stay strong/mobile/agile/flexible to feel as great as I can in every moment this life has to offer me. I also exercise to push away depression and stress, yeah it works. Seep better and maintain better habits for a daily recharge. Don't be upset with yourself for eating the wrong thing or not moving enough! Thank yourself! Your body has gotten you around for how many days from conception?!?! What a struggle that must've been🤯 👏

Wednesday: 5, 6, 7 and 830 framework, 530pm spin, 630pm yoga
Thursday: 630 & 730 spin, boxing, trampoline cardio day.
Friday: 600 & 700 strength/cardio circuit
Saturday: 7-9 open gym
Come longer than class time if you have additional time

Weekly basics: 2-3 days strength training, 4 days or more cardio (heart health, too many times we consider it weight loss sadly). Balance daily, alignment while working from the core daily, Saturday is open gym to get what you've missed in your week... mix up your week while holding alignments and you will feel great/move well. There are a few differences in the schedule...
5, 6 and 7am: 4 days cardio (heart health), 3 days strength, 1 hour total mobility specific slowing down to focus the body alignments (I'd consider this strength but not labeling under strength class), Agility 2-3 days depending on the week
830, 930 and 10:30am: Strength 3 days a week, mobility 2 hours a week (perfect to make sure you are in alignment while doing strength training, how to move in life)
530 pm: 3 days cardio, 3 days strength (come Saturday to get another cardio or get what was missed)
