Please mark your calendars for our School Supply Drop-Off & Back-to-School Picnic! ✏🍉

Here are the key details!
✅Arrive any time on Thursday, September 3rd between 3:30-4:30 PM.
✅Enter the front doorway and drop off school supplies in the Great Room.
✅Find the cone and green sign that has the name of your child’s teacher.
✅Leave supplies in the designated area. Please label each bag with your child’s name.
✅Find April Roessing (secretary) in the vestibule in order to get your green car signs for use with afternoon dismissal.
✅Supplies may also be delivered on the first day of school.

👟Shoes, Boots, & Coats 👟

Encourage your child to start putting on and taking off their own shoes, rain boots, and coat. Use the shoes/boots/coat that your child will be wearing for school.

**Remember that your child will need to have both "inside shoes" (These shoes stay at school and are used inside the school. They need to be closed-toe/grippy bottom - something they can wear for gym too!), and "outside shoes" (These are the shoes that the kids come to and from school wearing. These need to be closed-toe as we have a wooded playground and don't want anyone getting hurt!).

Also, keep your eyes peeled for a pair of rain boots at the store, consignment, or FB Marketplace - we know the value of children getting fresh air and outdoor play, and we go outdoors rain or shine at Walden Green!
