Today’s lunch brought to you by yours truly! I love a lot of different tastes and textures in my salads to spice them up a bit. 🤗 Spring mix, red peppers, pistachios, carrots, tomatoes, shredded cheddar with a homemade Dijon dressing. Delicious and healthy!
