A question I get a lot - what is more important - diet or exercise? The answer: BOTH! However, a solid nutritional foundation is the best place to start. Adding in regular exercise will help you attain weight loss goals quicker and if you are fueling your body with nutritiously dense foods on the regular and also adding in exercise, you are much more likely to keep weight off over the long term.
