WE ARE OPEN AND PLAN ON REMAINING OPEN!!
BUT...........
THE SPRING LAKE LOCATION IS FOR SALE!!!
We are selling the spring lake location and seeking the right professional person or group to take over the shop. Do to Health and relocation necessities, we are offering the Spring Lake established shop for $15k. We are not looking to profit from the sale of the location so the 15k covers only the cost of the products in the shop currently. The 15k includes all products currently for sale at the location, the full information on where and how to buy the stock, ingredient recipes for all sprays and oils in house, and a list of crystal meanings and uses. We will offer training on how to read tarot as well. We will offer monthly payments of 700.00 a month with a concrete contract till the total 15k is paid in full. No interest unless you miss a payment or don't pay monthly. The shop fully covers its costs and will cover the 700.00 a month and still make profit. We will also tell you what products we have tested here and didn't work and what expansion products we had planned to introduce before the unforeseen health and relocation came forward. We will also remain contactable in case the new owners have questions or someone that comes in has an issue that requires some kind of help from us that the new owners prefer not to handle themselves. Contact the shop in person or through messenger if you are interested. Only serious inquiries please.
