Painting is great for all age groups! 🤩

✅we learn color recognition
✅we learn about the color wheel and mixing colors to get new colors
✅ we learn to grasp
✅ we develop creativity
✅ we build confidence
✅ we share our space with our friends
✅ we learn about sensory exploration

We have amazing pieces of artwork here from the one year old to the three year old. 🎨🧑🏻‍🎨👨🏻‍🎨🫟🖌️

Painting has many benefits!

Painting helps with the development of fine motor skills, sensory growth, fostering creativity, and color recognition to mention a few but it is also great as an emotional development activity.
The kiddos are able to express their feelings on paper. It also helps to reduce stress/frustration and calms the nervous system when they're filled with big emotions. 🫠🫨

Its also wonderful for building confidence

Fine motor skills practice

We used clothes pin and cotton balls to paint our fall trees. 🪾🍂🍁

This activity helps build hand strength and pincer grasp which preps the younger ones to hold pencils and crayons 📚🖍️✏️
