To all my Florida gun owner friends. Tomorrow September 25th Florida becomes an open carry state I firmly believe that is a great move but it does have its flaws!

If you find yourself in a situation and a “bad guy” knows you have a gun you now have become a target.

Open carry you have lost the element of surprise I heavily feel that concealed carry a bad guy doesn't know you are armed until your ready and in the fight.

Please If you do open carry please please please make sure you have a holster that with retention! Level 2 or 3! If you don’t have one we carry a variety of holster for all popular brands and models! If we don’t have it we can order it!

Some rules to remember is just like concealed carry there is places that you still are not allowed to carry a firearm including private businesses that don't allow fi****ms. Yes it’s not a law but you can be trespassed!
look up Florida statute 790. For any reference needed!

Lastly! Please try and take some sort of weapons retention class that will help if “bad guy” try’s to grap your weapon! We offer a course here if your interested please give us a call or message!
