I always talk to the kids about having a positive mindset! Some don't care much for school, but they have to be there; why not make the most of it!? Negative thoughts only make matters worse. Is it your favorite assignment? Maybe not. But it has to be done regardless, and coming at it with a better attitude will make the experience more manageable. Us grown ups can use the same technique!

Next week starts the school year session!
Even though Monday
is Labor Day,
tutoring is still on!
I hope the kids had a great first day back to school!
Tomorrow starts the school schedule.
It's only for two weeks, then three weeks off when the kids get back in the groove of school.
This is the last week for summer tutoring! It went by fast! Shout out to the students who worked so hard!
