Thank you Steve and Peggy Landsom for keeping this pumpkin patch tradition going every October. The kids absolutely love visiting the patch each year.

It was a little wet and muddy this time around, but they still had a great time hunting for the perfect pumpkins. They were just as thrilled to get to wash the muddy pumpkins after we got back from the patch. 🙂

The leaves might be wet outside, but they kids loved playing with fake leaves inside instead! 🍂 There was lots of giggles and wiggles happening this morning!

ECFE Play & Learn Class starts this week! We will read "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom," make an art project, have a snack, and play. Bring your family and invite a friend.

Thursday, October 1
6:00-7:00 p.m.
4K Room, Spring Grove Schools
$5/class, $20/session

ECFE is for children ages birth-5 and their families.

Anyone else's kids already talking about what Halloween costume they want? 🙋‍♀️ We are trying something new this year in Mabel! Let's gather up all of those costumes that don't fit or have been used and swap!

It's simple:
🧟‍♀️ Bring your costumes to the library between September 30-October 7th.
🧚‍♀️ Starting October 7th, stop in to "shop" for a FREE costume!
