Hey FB! I just began working on this Arioso from a Church Cantata by J.S. Bach. "I Stand With One Foot in the Grave"- was written around 1727, it's also known as "Air on a G String". Here I use a guitar synth to emulate an Oboe/Piano. Thanks for checkin' it out! "Ich steh mit einem Fuß im Grabe"

Happy Earth Day! This classical guitar piece is from a very famous 70's movie. Any guesses? (Answer is in Comments.)

Performed outdoors early a.m., on an inexpensive student model Cordoba classical guitar.
(Not a "perfect" take on this early morning, plz forgive!)

Dom. Scarlatti's EM Sonata for harpsichord (written 1752-1767ish) Here it is on a synth guitar for fun!
Working out the cross string trills is a chore!...many mistakes :(

"Mysterious Barricades" by Frank. Couperin! Written 1717 for Harpsichord. Here played on a Godin synth guitar. Last Month I arranged it and memorized it. Now? Working out the timing and mistakes(several) and trying to use pedal for harpsichord "coupled" effect!

My newest student , age 13, brought his guitar, a strat signed by Warren DeMartini way back when. He did'nt know anything besides: "its the lead guitarist from Ratt, my mom got it signed backstage along time ago..." I took a photograph since by the fourth lesson Warren's John Hancok will be erased by arm sweat and friction. I told the kid to put tape over it....we'll see.
