About Us:
Kent LeBarts is the owner and instructor of Elko Tactical
•More than 40 years experience as a competition shooter in USPSA and IPSC using high power rifles to light rifles, 1000 yard target shooting and tactical mid-range, short-range and CQB
•30-year member of the US Practical Pistol Association
•Past experience as a civilian instructor for the US military at Fort Hunter Legit in California, training US Army Rangers in pistol craft
•Former member of the Drug Task Force with the Delnorte County Sheriff's Office in northern California
•NRA Member and Certified NRA Pistol and Rifle Instructor
•Certified in both defense inside and outside of the home
•Certified Range Safety Officer
•The only civilian fi****ms instructor for the Nevada Highway Patrol
•More than 20 years experience teaching CCW classes
•Elko County's ONLY instructor offering Tactical One Advanced Pistol Classes, and Tactical Rifle and Shotgun classes
