For those of you that manage employees, what would you say your top 3-5 soft skills are that you look for? I would like to give my students some real world connections to the content I am teaching them. Or on the flip side what soft skills are lacking in your workplace. Please tell me the field you work in to help with those connections.

The incubator students were given an amazing opportunity sponsored by The Comal Education Foundation to attend the LIVE2LEAD conference hosted by the Bulverde Chamber of Commerce. So many wonderful speakers and life lessons for these young leaders.
