As we observe Memorial Day today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives in service to our country. This day holds great significance as it reminds us of the values of courage, dedication, and selflessness—qualities that are integral to our practice of karate.
In observance of this important day, we will not be holding classes today. We encourage you to take this time to reflect on the meaning of Memorial Day and to spend time with your loved ones.
Our normal class schedule will resume on Tuesday. We look forward to seeing you back in the dojo, ready to continue our training!
Have a wonderful Memorial Day.

It’s to help them become calmer, more confident, and more in control of themselves.
That’s what makes the difference.

It teaches them:
• Awareness
• Confidence
• Self-control
And in many cases, that’s what prevents situations from escalating in the first place.

Parents often ask:

One of the biggest misconceptions:
“I’ll start once I get in better shape.”
In reality, waiting delays the very progress you’re looking for.
Karate meets you where you are — and builds from there.
