Mané and Roger Dance Teachers LLC We are former professional ballet and contemporary dancers who teach ballet, floor barre, stretch, ballroom, and West Coast Swing.

Your first dance will be an experience that you will always cherish and that your guests will love, too. Don’t worry if you have little or no dance experience–we will teach you what you will need to know to enjoy your dance and look great doing it! We are former professional ballet and contemporary dancers who also have a passion for ballroom dance. Although we no longer dance professionally, we e

njoy sharing our love of dance with others, especially with wedding couples! If you are getting married soon, or if you want to get a head start on preparing for your wedding dance, we would be delighted to work with you. In collaboration with Strictly Ballroom!
● Plenty of free parking
● Large studio
● Smooth, cushioned wood floor
● Snacks!

What: West Coast Swing lesson and Social Dance

Where: Strictly Ballroom Dance Studio, 125 Olde Greenwich Dr #190, Fredericksburg, VA 22408

When: Sunday, September 13, 2026
6 to 6:45 PM: Beginner West Coast Swing lesson, no experience required
6:45 to 9:30 PM: West Coast Swing social dance

Cost: $15 Early Bird price (through September 12) or $20 at the door.

No experience necessary!
We’ll rotate partners during the class and the social dance, so you’re welcome to attend by yourself or bring a partner.
