A collaborative approach to instilling mental well-being in our youth. It was a great opportunity to be part of this event!

CESA 11 hosted the Sweet 2B Me Event last week. Students learned strategies from local therapists about resilience, combating perfectionism, and having a growth mindset. It certainly was a sweet day!
