The stage is set. 🔥
The top two 4A soccer teams are ready to battle it out: Mt. Si vs. Tahoma. After months of grit, grind, and heart, these athletes have earned their place in the final.
But before the whistle blows, let’s shine a spotlight on the medical powerhouses behind the scenes: Ellie Stannard from Mt. Si and Daniel Fernandez from Tahoma. 🩺⚽
No matter who lifts the trophy, the real victory is this—every athlete wins when there’s an Athletic Trainer on the sidelines. 💪❤️

Days 1 and 2 of state competition 2025!
Had a great start with JV Quiz bowl tied for 2nd place in round 1 and Anatomage team moving on to the top 16!
Then watched Siena’s amazing student forum presentation on mental health and athletes!
Anatomage only missed 1 question which unfortunately put them out of the bracket 😢
Ended the day with dinner at the old spaghetti factory and a beautiful walk back to the hotel!

Mount Si High School student-athlete Maya Engel has been nominated for the Seattle Seahawks 2025 Flag Football Player of the Year Award! This award recognizes Girls' Flag Football coaches and athletes who are raising the game—both on and off the field. Maya is an excellent example of this type of Flag Football athlete, both on the field and at school among her peers. Wildcats are so thrilled for Maya and extremely proud to submit our vote for her!
Voting is unlimited and can be submitted using the QR code or by visiting the link below.

MSHS Sports Medicine had a great time at State Competition this year! We started off Thursday with tours of Eastern, Gonzaga and Whitworth! This year was such a great group of kids! They did amazing and we brought home several awards! Two of our posters took home plaques! Our student forum was awarded and we had a scholarship winner! And we placed 13th out of 27 as a team in the large schools division overall!
Such a fun and memorable weekend!
