First year we were able to conduct the first phase of a person earning their private pilot's license. We partnered with Northwest Flight and 15 cadets began their journey in completing the ground phase of flight training. Each cadet was able to get up to 3 hours of flying in the course of three months.

Had another amazing event. We partnered with the AFJROTC units from Kennewick, Moses Lake, Medical Lake, and Clarkston in support of Whitworth’s ROTC program to provide a Color Guard and wave a very large flag before the football game.

This year has been a great year of Cadet involvement. Today was the first of three CyberPatriot competitions. We have an amazing coach (Col Dan Nielsen) mentors (Dan Wordell, Alex Ray , and Stacy Clement) and even more Cadets.

This weekend the AFJROTC went Seattle to the McCord Air Force Base and the Museum of Flight. The trip was great and the cadets all enjoyed it. Thanks to the McChord Base for having us as well as Chief, Colonel, Jennie Hester for chaperoning! The home of the mighty C-17!!
