🎓💗 TOMORROW NIGHT IS PRESCHOOL GRADUATION! 💗🎓

Tomorrow night, we have the incredible privilege of celebrating our Explorer Class as they graduate from preschool and take that big, exciting next step into kindergarten! 🎉🎓

We are SO proud of these kids. We have watched them learn, grow, laugh, make friends, discover who they are, and become more independent every single day. And while we are so excited to see what God has in store for each of them, this time of year is always a little bittersweet for us. ❤️

Some of these children have been part of our Tender Care family since they were tiny babies in our infant room. We have watched them go from being rocked in our arms to walking through our halls with backpacks, big personalities, and those adorable smiling faces we have grown so accustomed to seeing every day. And now somehow… they are ready for kindergarten. 🥹

To our Explorer families, thank you for trusting us with your children. We hope you know that we have never taken that responsibility for granted. You trusted us with some of the most precious people in your lives, and it has truly been an honor to love them, care for them, teach them, pray for them, and watch them grow.

Your children have left their own little footprints on Tender Care, but even more importantly, they have left footprints on our hearts. ❤️

We hope every child who leaves Tender Care knows two things without a doubt:

They are deeply loved by us, and they are immeasurably loved by God. ✝️💗

We may be celebrating them moving on tomorrow night, but saying goodbye to those sweet faces we are used to seeing every day is never easy. We will miss their hugs, their laughter, their stories, their silliness, and all of the little things that made each one of them uniquely them.

Tomorrow night is about celebrating just how far they have come and reminding them that this is only the beginning of the beautiful journey God has planned for their lives.

✨Tender Care Daycare & Preschool is Hiring! ✨

Tender Care Daycare & Preschool is currently looking to hire full-time and part-time staff members to join our team. We are prayerfully seeking women of God who truly love children and feel called to make a difference in their lives.

At Tender Care, we do not view what we do as “just a business.” We see it as a ministry. Every single day is an opportunity to pour love, encouragement, truth, and stability into the hearts of children during some of the most important years of their lives.

Our program uses the ABC Jesus Loves Me curriculum, which allows us to not only teach children academically, but also help build a strong spiritual foundation rooted in Christ — a foundation they can stand on for the rest of their lives.

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a love for children and a heart to serve

🩷 Teacher Appreciation Week 💛
As directors of Tender Care Daycare and Preschool, Joyce and I have been reflecting this week on just how blessed we truly are to have such incredible women serving in our center each and every day.
These women are so much more than teachers. They are women of God who pour into the lives of children academically, emotionally, and spiritually. They help create the foundation these children will carry with them for the rest of their lives — teaching them to put God first, to show kindness and respect, to have good morals and values, and to love others well.
Day after day, they show up with servant hearts, even when they are tired, overwhelmed, overworked, and often underappreciated. The love, patience, and sacrifice they give to these children does not go unnoticed.
This Teacher Appreciation Week has been especially emotional and meaningful. In the five years that I have worked at Tender Care, I have never seen such an incredible outpouring of love and generosity toward our staff from our families. We have had so many wonderful parents and family members bringing gifts, treats, encouraging words, and acts of kindness to show our teachers just how loved and appreciated they truly are. It has touched our hearts more than we can put into words, and it has reminded us what an amazing community God has built here at Tender Care.
Joyce and I simply want our staff to know how deeply loved and appreciated they are. We see the sacrifices you make for your families and for the children entrusted to your care. We see the long days, the hard moments, the extra hugs, the tears wiped away, the lessons taught, and the prayers whispered over little lives.
We truly believe God handpicked each one of you to be part of the Tender Care family, and we could not be more proud or grateful.
Our prayer is that God pours out His abundant blessings upon you and your families for the love and dedication you give so freely to these children every single day.
Thank you for being the heart of Tender Care. We love and appreciate you more than words can say.
