Inland Northwest Culinary Academy faculty and graduates were invited to the 2025 Washington State Governor's Inaugural Ball in Olympia, January 16.
INCA chefs created hors d'oeuvres for the event including Petite Beef Wellington, Confit Pork Belly, and Hazelnut Tart.
