Itâs not too late. Youâre not too old.
I took me 20 years to check âteach fitnessâ off my bucket list.
This week I taught 5 Inferno Hot Pilates classes and I have one more to go.
Fitness and Mindset go hand in hand.

New year, first run done âď¸
Iâm focusing on 5Ks this year and building speed one run at a time.
First race is at the end of February.
Also, Inferno Hot Pilates teaching starts tomorrow and Iâm genuinely excited to be back guiding movement.

Monday Mindset
As the year comes to a close, itâs worth naming this:
Growth isnât measured by how calm life looks on the outside. Itâs measured by how honest youâve been with yourself.
If youâve spent years orienting around someone elseâs chaos, reflection can bring clarity, grief, or relief â sometimes all at once.
What truth about yourself are you no longer willing to ignore as you step into a new year?
Awareness is a powerful form of self-care.

Tonightâs Reflection â Choosing Presence Over Pressure
December has a way of asking a lot from us.
More events. More expectations. More âjust push through.â
Tonightâs reflection is this:
Where in your life are you forcing consistency when discernment is whatâs actually needed?
A few gentle prompts to sit with:
What would it look like to respond to reality instead of pushing through out of obligation?
Where might rest, pause, or rescheduling actually be an act of self-trust?
If you honored your energy tonight, what would you choose?
Thereâs no right answer. Just honesty.
Sometimes growth doesnât look like showing up louder; it looks like choosing alignment and letting that be enough.

Movement has always been a part of my healing and growth.
Twenty years ago, walking was the first thing I did to take care of myself when my life felt heavy and chaotic. Walking turned to running, then group fitness, then hot yoga. I love them all. âĽ
And now, all these years later, Iâm stepping into a new chapter of fitness.
I just finished a week of training with Gabi Walters at Inferno Hot Pilates to become an IHP instructor!!!! Woo Hoo.
Not as a new direction, but as an expansion of everything I already do â helping women rebuild strength, reconnect to themselves, and remember their personal power.
Coaching. Healing. Movement.
For me, they all belong together.
For my Spokane women:
Iâll be teaching locally at BeYOUtiful Hot Yoga soon, and I canât wait to bring this blend of strength + mindset + empowerment into our community.
