With the somewhat surprising news that US GDP increased 3.2% over third quarter, it is interesting to see which industries might be driving this STRONG economic growth.

Many economists are surprised with this very strong GDP growth in third quarter. State GDP will be released shortly, but this announcement bodes well for Washington's economic growth.
The U.S. economy grew at a 3.2% annualized rate in Q3, up from the 2.9% rate estimated a month ago.
Information; professional, scientific, and technical services; and mining were the leading contributors to the 3.2% increase in GDP at an annualized rate in the third quarter.
