With 16 years serving as the senior pastor at a church in Washington and five years leading national and regional teams for Moody Bible Institute, while also working as an adjunct professor, Jim’s mentoring philosophies are founded on experience, and more importantly, Biblical truths. For Jim, being an excellent leader, a valiant leader, begins with spiritual growth, and that starts with relationship: Jim has found that to be a relationship with Christ.
