Huge thank you to Redemption Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & MMA and Coach Ryan Mulvihill for being such a huge part of this journey. 👊

Ryan is unapologetically himself, and that’s one of the things I respect most about him.

From the moment I walked into his gym, he took me in and treated me like family. He knows exactly what I need to hear, and more importantly, he knows exactly how I need to hear it. No bu****it, no sugarcoating.

He’s a God-fearing man, loves to hunt and fish, works his ass off, and always makes sure to give the glory and thanks to the big man upstairs.

Redemption is more than just a gym. They have multiple classes, a legit MMA team and Jiu-Jitsu team, but what really makes the place special is the people.

I genuinely enjoy being around every one of my teammates. It’s a room full of good people pushing each other to get better.

Coach Ryan, thank you for taking me in, believing in me, and preparing me for battle. And to all my teammates who have put in rounds, sweat, and time helping me get ready, thank you.

We’ve put the work in.

Conquest of the Cage last April we had 3 fighters compete and all 3 came out victorious! Proud of them!

Max Johnson coming out with the W in his fight for Total fight league last Friday! Future is bright for this one! He’s come a long ways since his first class, from knowing nothing to winning his MMA fight and plenty of gold medals in BJJ tourneys!! Great cornering by Hank’s and Yair!! Ossss

and .mg20 have been winning and submitting opponents in every tournament they compete in! Max has no quit in him and always finds a way to win against bigger and more experienced opponents and Yair is finding ways to win after only training a few months! They are two tough and talented martial artists and have a bright future ahead of them! Good work boys!! Ossss
