Join us Saturday, September 20th at 9am for Yoga with the Pups at Maui Humane Society! This is a donation-based class with all the proceeds going to Maui Humane Society We will flow through a beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga class with the MHS puppies! All are welcome. It’s officially summer☀️ Which means it’s time for outdoor classes again! I’ll be offering classes on the back lawn of the Blackwell hotel starting July 10th! This class will be beginner friendly, all are welcome. We’ll flow through a few stretches while enjoying the beautiful weather. Book via my website or link in bio. Hope to see you there! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Join us for this donation based, gentle yoga class on April 25th. This class will be focused on calming the mind and easing the body, preparing you for a great nights sleep.

Class will be begin at 7pm, however we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to set up your space. We will begin with light breathwork, then move into a series of stretches. Class will end with an extended savasana (meditation). This class will be All-Levels.

Please bring your own yoga mat. All other props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) will be provided. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing.

Join us March 6th from 2-4pm to discuss business & community in the Inland Northwest. Meet us at Liberty Lake Juice Company. This will be a great opportunity for people new to the community to make business connections and meet new friends! (Kiddos are welcome!) Michele Jay of Keller Williams North Idaho will be discussing real estate. Kennedy of Soylent Green Photography will be discussing photography. Colette Jay of Yoga by Colette will be discussing wellness. We had a blast at Puppy Yoga!

There's still spots left for our Puppy Yoga Event tomorrow! Yoga will be held from 2-3pm, the puppies will be arriving at 1:30pm from SpokAnimal C.A.R.E. for some playtime and they will stay until 3:30pm for adoptions!
