For the past 5 weeks, Ferris High School students in the Early Childhood Development class have partnered with kindergarten and first grade students at Moran Prairie! In Mrs. Chisholm’s class, students worked together to practice and perform different fairy tales, building creativity, confidence, and connections along the way. We loved seeing our older and younger students learn and grow together! ✨📚🎭

What a wonderful night at our annual Spring Blacktop Concert Series! 🎶 Our students did an amazing job singing and playing recorders, and it was incredible to see so many families and community members there to support them.
Thank you to Mrs. Shaw for putting together such a great performance and helping our students shine!

Our 5th Grade Kindness Squad recently visited Second Harvest Inland Northwest to learn more about food insecurity in our community and the many ways people can help support others.
Students asked thoughtful questions, explored what civic responsibility looks like in action, and reflected on how even small acts of kindness and service can make a big impact. Experiences like this help us continue building kind, compassionate, and community-minded humans who understand the importance of caring for one another.
Fun fact... they packed over 4,277 pounds of pears!! We are so proud of the empathy, curiosity, and leadership our Prairie Dogs showed during this meaningful learning experience! 💙🐾
