๐ญ๐ Thank you to all of the families who joined us for our Family BBQ this week! We loved coming together as a school community and enjoyed a fantastic day with our students and families.
A special thank you to Ms. Mackinsi and Ms. Gina for preparing the delicious meal, Mr. Jeremiah and Mr. Mike for all of their help with setup and cleanup, Mrs. Tucker and Ms. Hannah for organizing the event, and Ms. Kassy, Ms. April, and Ms. Vivian for supervising and supporting throughout the day. We are grateful for each person who contributed their time and effort and to all who attended and helped make this event a success!

๐ถ Our kindergarten students did an amazing job at last weekโs concert, which was the final music concert of the school year! The performance was so sweet, and we are extremely proud of our students. ๐A huge thank you to Mrs. Bina for all of her hard work this year, and to Ms. Golden for serving as guest music teacher while Mrs. Bina was on leave. Way to finish the school year strong, Cougars! ๐

Last week, students had a blast learning and playing Gaga Ball during PE! This fast-paced and exciting game has quickly become a favorite, with students practicing teamwork, movement skills, and good sportsmanship while having tons of fun. ๐ It has been wonderful seeing so much energy, laughter, and participation during PE classes as students try out this new activity. Way to go, everyone! ๐

We had a fantastic turnout and loved seeing so many students sharing a special morning with their families and loved ones. Events like these help strengthen the connections between home and school, and it was wonderful to see our school community come together. ๐โจ Arlington students were excited to participate in the KREM Cares BIG Book Giveaway this week! Each student had the opportunity to pick out a book of their own to take home and enjoy. Seeing the excitement and joy for reading on our studentsโ faces was wonderful! ๐

๐ฆ Our 1st graders had a magical experience releasing their butterflies last week! After learning about the butterfly life cycle and carefully observing their growth and transformation, students were so excited to watch their butterflies spread their wings and fly away. โจThis hands-on learning experience brought science to life and created special memories for our students. We are so excited about their curiosity, care, and excitement throughout the project! ๐
