Hello Class of 2003!! First of all, we (your planning committee) cannot wait to see everyone August 4th and 5th! Each time we meet, we spend multiple minutes reminiscing about our high school days, and we’ve had some great laughs going through the yearbooks.

Now, for all of the information you have been waiting for; here is the agenda for our weekend:

Cost: $60.00 per adult (both events included)

•Day 1 • Family Gathering
When: Friday August 4th
What time: 4pm to 9pm
Where: We have reserved Brown’s Park, across the street from the high school. This means plenty of free parking and plenty of space for everyone - adults and kiddos.
Sustenance: There will be non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. Please feel free to pack a picnic dinner for your family if you’d like.
Activities: Brown’s Park offers 16 sand volleyball courts, a full-sized basketball court and skate dot, 2 covered picnic shelters with tables, restrooms, and an island themed playground and splash pad.

•Day 2 • Parents Date Night • Adult Only Reunion
When: Saturday August 5th
Start time: 4pm
Where: The Brandle House - Tim’s parents have graciously agreed to host us all on their property, which is located close to the high school!
Sustenance: Catered by Longhorn BBQ with beer, wine, seltzers and non-alcoholic options
Activities: Dance floor, music from 1999ish to 2003ish, slide show, photo booth, and hours to spend catching up with everyone!

We will be putting together the event on Brown Paper Tickets and will post the link for ticket sales in the next few days.

IMPORTANT: By hosting this event at the Brandle’s, we have been able to keep reunion costs substantially low, being mindful of how we are spending our classmates hard earned money. We do need your help here though! In order to cover deposits for chair rentals, catering, kegs, etc, the earlier you purchase your tickets, the better.
