SATURDAY we welcome all to our community Ice Cream Social, 1-5 p.m. This is part of the celebration of thanksgiving for our congregation's anniversary--75 years of grace!

By God's grace, Gethsemane Evangelical Lutheran Church in Spokane Valley, WA will turn 75 years old on September 13, 2026.
As part of our year-long celebration of thanksgiving for this gift, we are hosting a 75th Anniversary Ice Cream Social on Saturday, August 15, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
The members of Gethsemane invite our friends and neighbors to come and help us celebrate!

Last week Gethsemane held its annual Vacation Bible School. Time spent in God's Word learning about Jesus, Our Good Shepherd was combined with the usual VBS activities -- recess, games, crafts, music, and of course, SNACKS.
VBS 2027 is set for July 26-30, 2027. The Theme for next year is still under consideration.
