HAPPY JULY! It's national joke day! Add your favorite (clean!) joke in the comments! Let's burn some calories with some laughter!!!

Let's talk water! How much water intake do you get in a day? I hope we are all prepared to get MORE WATER! 💦

So, how much do you actually need? Here's the science, you need to be drinking HALF your body weight in ounces of water per day! For easy math, let's say someone weighs 200 lbs.... that means this person needs to consume 100 ounces of water per day!

I like to chug an 8+ ounce glass of water first thing in the morning! (BEFORE coffee, tea, etc.)
That wakes up the internal system and gets things moving! Then, you've already started the intake!

What are the best ways for you to get your water in?!?
