A big THANK YOU to the Spindale Fire Department for visiting our school and teaching our students about fire safety! ❤️ Our students learned important tips on staying safe in the event of a fire and even got to go through the fire safety house drill to practice what to do in an emergency. 🏠🧯

We are so thankful for our local firefighters and the time they take to educate and protect our students and community! Thank you for helping our students learn how to be safe! 🚒❤️

We may be a few days late, but we couldn’t let Custodian Appreciation Day pass without celebrating the amazing people who work hard every day to keep our school clean, safe, and welcoming! 🏫✨

Our custodians do so much behind the scenes that often goes unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for all they do for our students and staff. From keeping our classrooms and hallways clean to helping with all the unexpected messes that come with a school full of kids—we appreciate you! ❤️

Thank you for everything you do each and every day! We are so lucky to have you as part of our school family! 🥰👏

Our school is proud to support June’s Gift of Joy Toy Drive, held in memory of our sweet June Pearson.

We are collecting new, unwrapped toys for boys and girls of all ages 🧸🎄 Every donation will help bring a little extra joy to a child spending time at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital on the Cancer and Blood Disorder Unit, where June was cared for.

📦 A donation box will be located in the front office of our school until December 14th! If you would like to participate, simply send your new, unwrapped toy to school with your child or drop it off in our office.

Thank you for helping us honor June’s memory and spread some Christmas joy! ❤️💚
