PROGRAMS & ACTIVITIES
A New Day CDC provides learning centers that provide practice in making decisions, following directions, working independently, and learning the care and use of materials. Children will have the opportunity to work and play in a variety of activities. The classroom contains educational toys, teaching games and materials related to the current unit of study, which the children

may use individually, with a friend or in small groups. Our monthly preschool curriculum is designed for children ages 2-5 years of age. Each month, your child will participate in activities related to three educations themes. He or she will also be introduced to three alphabet letters, one color, two to three numbers, and one shape each month through a variety of engaging, hands-on activities. A New Day CDC offers field trips and first-hand learning experiences. These experiences are usually related to the current unit of study, but they are also planned for variety and fun. Each monthly kit includes creative art materials for each child, alphabet and language activities, music and movement, hands-on math and science, social activities and games. These developmentally appropriate activities encompass all areas of your child’s development, which is the best way to boost school readiness. We are a Texas Rising Star 4-Star accredited preschool focused on creating a safe, nurturing space where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Our team works together to make sure every child feels supported and valued each day.

We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Is patient, reliable, and team-oriented
✔️ Can assist with classroom activities and supervision
✔️ Is willing to grow professionally ( Associate College Degree and CDA support available)
