ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is more than a credential. It verifies essential workplace skills that employers value and helps connect job seekers to career opportunities. As part of our commitment to workforce development and building stronger, more competitive communities, we are now using ACT WorkKeys assessments as entrance assessments for our career training programs.
