Thank you to our incredible cafeteria for collaborating with my students to deepen our study of refugee awareness. Our amazing cafeteria hosted a Cultural Tasting Venue for our 7th grade students to give them the opportunity to sample foods from different countries. I love how willing everyone is to work together for our students!

My 6th graders took our National Geographic Tackling Plastic further. We made bird feeders out of plastic bottles (one of their ideas) and hung them up. We plan to observe which feeders and what locations the birds like. I have such great students!
