Connect to Nature and Your Inner Resilience🥹💕

Join the Rooted & Rising Community Collective,fronted by Beyond Yoga & Wellness for a Recovery Centered event by the riverfront. This unique, two-part gathering is a donation-based offering to support you.
--- "It's time to rise up again" --

💕We will begin with a 45-minute slow Vinyasa flow designed to ground and soothe your nervous system. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is tailored to meet all levels. After the movement, we will transition into an open, supportive community discussion for anyone directly or indirectly impacted by substance use.

💕This offering is a space to come exactly as you are—whether you wish to join us for just the yoga, just the meeting, or both. We believe in providing diverse ways to heal, and this riverfront experience is created to bring you back to center.
