Have you ever used avocado oil before?

This is one of my absolute favorite oils to use when cooking. Not only does it have a high smoke point, but it’s loaded with health benefits.

Loaded with heart healthy fats (monounsaturated fatty acids) avocado oil helps support healthy cholesterol levels as well as promote cardiovascular health.

Avocado oil also aids your body with nutrient absorption. Fat soluble vitamins like Vitamins A,D,E and K need fat to properly absorb into your body’s bloodstream.

So next time you’re out shopping, pick so up and try it! It’s the only oil I’ll be using for your meal preps. Why? Because I’ll never feed my clients anything that I wouldn’t feed myself.
