As you all know, I, Katy George, Art instructor at Creatif, will soon be welcoming a new addition to my family any day now. My partner Katelyn will be getting married in a couple of short weeks and will be moving to the great state of Georgia with her new husband. We are saddened to say that we are closing our doors. With all of these changes comes greater responsibilities and I will no longer have time in my busy schedule to teach art classes outside of my family life and work life; at least not until I have adjusted to being a new mom with an already busy work schedule. It has been a wonderful journey the past year, teaching and watching all of our little artists grow and mature in their creative and artistic skills. We love each and every one of our students and will miss them dearly. Thank you all for being a part of the success that we feel we and our pupils have accomplished over the past year. The support of parents and the community are what have made this journey possible. I plan to continue classes elsewhere once life has adjusted accordingly and hope to be able to continue teaching art to the younger children of our community within the next year. Once again, thank you all for the love and support that you have shown! God bless and we wish everyone a wonderful summer!
