Want to contribute to your most or least favorite psych professor getting a pie to the face? Donate to Pie for a Purpose to help out. All funds go to mental health advocacy through the Psi Chi International Organization. If we raise $500 dollars total, we will add chocolate sauce!

Meet Our Advisor!

Dr. Alissa Call, Assistant Professor of Psychology and BHSU. Dr. Call came to BHSU in the fall of 2018. Her favorite classes to teach are Psych, Law, and Order, Research Methods, and Social Psychology. Meet Our Executive Board!

Hi! I’m Krista Ulrich, the secretary of BHSU’s PSI CHI chapter. I am a senior majoring in psychology, and my favorite class to take has been the psychology of women!
I have been an assistant on research for domestic violence shelters, and have also served as a member of the Campus Activities Board for 4 years now.
When I graduate my goal is to further my education and earn a clinical degree, with an emphasis on working in the forensic arena!

Hello! I’m Sara Mott, the treasurer of BHSU’s PSI CHI chapter. I am a senior, double majoring in Biology & Psychology.
My favorite psychology class was Sensation & Perception.
I am a research assistant for the Health Psychology Lab. I have presented our research at the BHSU Research Symposium and the Lead-Deadwood High School’s Teen Science Café.
I have been a middle school Robotics Mentor and Psych Club member, but most of my extracurricular experience has been in Student Senate. I have been on various committees while acting as a Freshman Senator, Senator for the College of Education & Behavioral Sciences, Senator for the College of Business & Natural Sciences, and Senator at Large.

My name is Jacquelyn! I am a senior, a psychology major, and my favorite psychology class has been Psychology of Leadership. Aside from being the VP of PSI CHI, I am also the treasurer of Psych Club, a research assistant for the Students of Law and Psychology Lab, and I am the intern for the BHSU psychology department. Every semester I have attended, I have also been recognized on the Dean’s List!

Hello! I am Ashley and I am a senior, psychology major! My favorite psychology class has been Psychology, Law, & Order. I have been to three different conferences and presented at APLS and BHRS. I have been a part of different clubs on campus, but mostly the Campus Activities Board where I served as the
Operations Director for two years. When I graduate I want to continue my education in graduate school for criminal justice. My goal is to continue research in the criminal justice field!
