Last week was FUN! On to week ✌️!
Give it a try!
We had a 30 year age range and all levels of dance knowledge.
This class is for ANYONE!
Join us if you want to:
Sweat 💦
Work your body 💪
Work your brain 🧠
Have a good time 💃

Dim lighting to stay in your comfort zone.
Resistance band warm up/workout, followed by a fun choreo session!
Bring socks or clean tennis shoes 🧦
Water bottle 🥤
Positive attitude 😀
Yoga mat (optional) 🧘‍♀️
Not technically a heated class but no AC in the studio so plan for a warm class! 😉😎🤠
