Grits with Grownups is coming to Spartanburg Prep on September 10 and 11, giving grandparents and other special grownups an opportunity to visit the school and spend time with their Jaguars.

Happy Labor Day from Spartanburg Preparatory School! Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers across our community and throughout our nation.

We are especially grateful for our amazing SPS faculty and staff, whose commitment and care make a difference in the lives of our Jaguars each and every day. We hope our SPS families, staff, and community enjoy a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved Labor Day!

Reed’s hard work, determination, perseverance, and commitment to excellence truly paid off. He has shown us what is possible when you prepare, stay focused, and give your very best.

First grade students finished their first unit in Social Studies learning about Rights and Responsibilities by voting! They got their very own voter registration card, learned about the "candidates" by tasting each one carefully, and voted to pick the winner! Chocolate Chip had 3 votes, while Oreo had 18 votes. Ask your first grader to share what they learned about voting!
