International School of Beauty We are a beauty school offering courses in cosmetology, nail technician, and estheticians. EDUCATIONAL GOALS:
1. OBJECTIVES:
1.

To prepare the student for the state Licensure Exam.
2. To assist the student in discovering and developing the skill required to obtain a means of monetary support.
3. To instill in the student a sense of competitiveness and professionalism.
4. To impress upon students the need for continuing education at the advance level to insure upward mobility within the profession.
5. To provide up-to-date information pertaining to the industry.
6. Provide support services for students throughout the educational curriculum and past graduation. The student has the opportunity to complete the course of study in a timely manner and therefore control the cost of their education.
2. The student has the opportunity to have actual hands-on experiences with clients to learn the skills necessary to build and retain a client base.
3. The student has the knowledge and skill to effectively communicate with the cosmetology professional and their client.
4. Upon completion of the course requirements the student is prepared for the State Board licensing examinations and employment as a licensed professional cosmetologist.

We will be closed this Friday, the 16th and for the remaining two weeks of December in for our winter break. Our last day will be Thursday, Dec 15th and we return on Tuesday, Jan 3rd, 2023. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season!

As many of you know, our school follows Spartanburg School District 6's guidelines for weather closures. Since they and other local schools have decided to close on Friday, September 30th due to unsafe wind conditions, we will also be closed that day. We hope everyone stays safe and we look forward to seeing you all back on Tuesday!
