Spartanburg residents are part of a test program for the new digital census, and community members should have received your invitation to complete the census in your mailboxes. Residents without computer access may utilize the public computers in the library to complete the survey. Visit the library during normal business hours, and parking is limited to visitor parking, so you will need to walk to the library. Contact us for more details.
