Our 39th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Week Celebration schedule is here!

Our Unity Week Celebration promotes Dr. King's message of The Need, The Hope, The Desire for a Beloved Community and we hope you can join us for any or all of these opportunities to celebrate fellowship, community, and kindness.

Highlights of our Unity Week Celebration include Kindness Day on Friday, January 16th, our annual Walk as One on Saturday, January 17th starting at the Robert Hett Chapman III Center of Philanthropy on Kennedy St., the annual MLK Community Celebration featuring keynote speaker and "World's Greatest Edutainer", Dr. Adolph "Doc" Brown," on Sunday, January 18th, and our always popular United Way of the Piedmont Day of Service on Monday, January 19th!

We are also spotlighting the winners of our Youth Art Contest with a reception at Chapman Cultural Center on Thursday, January 15th, and hosting a special Teen Night at the Dr. T.K. Gregg Community Center on Friday, January 16th.

NPHC & other organizations showed up to support the Spartanburg Soup Kitchen today in honor of the GreenBean Challenge, Water Drive & Cooking for the Soup Kitchen event. Thanks to everyone for your service to the community 🙏

We collected a total of 119 Cases of water, equaling 4488 bottles & we collected 447 cans of Greenbeans. Thank you again for always supporting a great cause.
