It was bittersweet to see our 8th grade graduates receive their diplomas. 🎓 Although they won’t walk through our doors as students anymore, we are excited to see where God leads them and all they will accomplish in the years ahead.
At the same time, we’re excited for the journey our Kindergarten graduates are just beginning here at Eddlemon. We can’t wait to watch them learn, grow, and make memories of their own in the years to come. ❤️

Our school’s annual Pine Car Derby was a big success this year!
Our students raised over $12,000, and we’re excited to put it toward new equipment to enhance our playground.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen—from the volunteers who kept things running smoothly to everyone who came out to support. It truly paid off!

Yesterday’s Sacred Concert was something special.
Our students showed so much growth, not just in their musical ability, but in their confidence, discipline, and heart for worship. It was one of those moments where you just sit back and think, wow… look what they’ve become.
But this concert meant even more as we honored Mrs. Davis and her 10 years of service at Eddlemon. She has poured into this school in countless ways, leading our agriculture program, directing 6th–8th grade bells, teaching 4th & 5th grade chimes, and faithfully organizing music festival year after year.
She set a high standard, expecting the very best from her students, and led with a level of consistency and patience that shaped so many lives. And of course, her passion for bells is unmatched.
Yesterday marked her final concert, and while it’s the end of an era, we are incredibly thankful for the foundation she has built and the legacy she leaves behind. 🤍

🚨 IT’S NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS DAY… AND WE’RE CELEBRATING THE BEST — MS. CHERRY 🚨
If you know, you KNOW. From the moment those doors open, she’s already there; smiling, greeting every student, and setting the tone for the entire day.
Ms. Cherry is the heart of our school. The one who keeps everything running, holds everything together, and somehow still makes time to make you laugh when you need it most.
She’s funny, compassionate, and one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet. But more than anything, she cares deeply, about every single student and staff member here.
Ms. Cherry, thank you for showing up every day with your whole heart. Our school simply wouldn’t be the same without you. 💛

Even though the seasons are over, we still wanted to say a big thank you to Coach Rodney and Coach Forrest.
Thank you both for the time, energy, and care you gave to our students this year through soccer and basketball. These programs would not happen without people like you who are willing to show up, volunteer, and invest in our kids.
Our school is so much more than just teachers; it’s a whole community, and we’re really grateful for the role you’ve played in it. 💙🏀⚽
