There are so many benefits of yoga for children. My favorite to talk to parents about is that yoga improves bilateral coordination, which helps both sides of the brain comminicate effectively.

🧘‍♀️ Children with poor bilateral coordination can have trouble reading (their eyes struggle to move to the next word). They can also have difficulty writing, using scissors, tying their shoes, and more.

💡Improved bilateral coordination can help in all those areas, as well as improve attention and concentration!
