FFA is packed with a ton of learning opportunities. We truly live by “learning to do” and “doing to learn.” Ag Day is huge part of our learning opportunities where we offer a dozen or more stations at Herrman Elementary and bring Agriculture to the school. This is a lot of hours of prep work to bring this program to the Elementary school, year after year. In addition, we offer other events such as Montessori Petting Zoo, Officer Retreat, as well as tours of various farms and other Agribusiness. The learning never ends!

FFA is more than judging livestock. Some FFA members compete in Speaking Contests that help them prepare for their future. Here are some facts about contests.

FFA help promote Agriculture and its products. Each June we partner with the Sparta FFA Alumni to bring you over 5000 cartons of milk. We were so lucky to have Kwik Trip and Neubeur Trucking help pull in the support with our Butterfest float (literally $1,000s of support). In addition, we had a ton of other generous sponsors. Thank you to all sponsors and we look forward to pulling this off again next year. :)
