Mandarin is spoken by approximately 1.1 billion people worldwide, Mandarin gives Hilltop students exposure to one of the world’s most widely spoken languages — while introducing them to a linguistic system, history, and culture distinctly different from their own.

At Hilltop, mathematics is about more than finding the right answer. It is about developing the ability to think critically, reason logically, and approach complex problems with confidence.

That philosophy is at the heart of our Math Lab.

Mathematics asks students to recognize patterns, test ideas, analyze information, learn from mistakes, and persist when a solution isn't immediately apparent. These skills extend well beyond the mathematics classroom — they form the foundation for thoughtful problem-solving across disciplines and throughout life.

Our goal is not simply for students to memorize a formula.

We want them to understand why it works, when to use it, and how to think their way through a problem when the answer isn't obvious.
