Blue Springs Daycare is looking someone who lives in the Sparta area, is dependable and enjoys children.
Position is child care provider
This includes ensuring children’s safety, teaching kindergarten preparedness curriculum, cooking, cleaning, the everyday care of young children and loving these kids like they were your own. We play, we sing, we learn, we love. High School Diploma or GED required. Upon hire applicant will be required to submit a health form, finger prints, and be CPR/First Aid certified ASAP. The daycare will set up the CPR/First Aid (if necessary) and finger printing. (20 hours per week, possible more hours for the right candidate after training period). This is a very active position that requires individuals who can lift children, sweep, mop, handle other cleaning duties, and interact with children on a daily basis. Current valid drivers license required and actively able to transport self to and from employment each day (must have own vehicle that you bring to work each day). Even though this child care facility does not transport children, it may be necessary to have a vehicle in emergency situations. Some extra hours available occasionally. 2 + years experience with children preferred (either own children or in a child care setting). Please only serious candidates apply.
