The body you have today is the body that will carry you through every chapter ahead. 🤍

Starting at any age matters. For our younger clients, Pilates is an opportunity to build strength, body awareness, balance, coordination, and confidence in movement from the beginning. It’s a foundation they can continue to build on as they grow.

And that’s one of the things we love most about Pilates. There’s no “right” age to begin. Whether you’re 18, 30, 50, or 70, the time you spend building strength and caring for your body today is an investment in the way you’ll move and feel in the years ahead.

Everything you do today is a gift to your future self.

Pilates turns 100 this year ✨

It’s pretty amazing to think that a method created 100 years ago is still helping people feel stronger, move better, and understand their bodies in a whole new way.

As a classical Pilates instructor, I spend a lot of time teaching others, but having my own practice is just as important.

Every time I get on the equipment, I notice something different. Sometimes it’s my breath. Sometimes it’s how a movement feels. Sometimes it’s a cue that suddenly clicks.

One of the things I love most about Pilates is that it truly is for every stage of life. I’ve seen beginners have those aha moments💡, athletes refine the way they move, and older adults build strength and confidence they didn’t think was possible.

I think that’s why this method has lasted for 100 years. It grows with you, no matter your age or where you’re starting.

Happy 100 years to Pilates. Here’s to building strength, creating a deeper mind-body connection, and continuing to learn through movement. 🤍

MOVE BETTER | Create space through your back body.

Sometimes the biggest changes come from the smallest adjustments.

In this exercise, the goal isn’t just to move the pedal- it’s to organize your body first. As you find the shape through your spine, you can create more space across the back of your ribcage and move with greater control.

Pilates isn’t about rushing through the movement. It’s about noticing the details that make the movement more efficient.

✨ Do you remember unlocking this ah ha! moment? 💡

Sometimes my “break” between clients… is Pilates.

The other day a client saw me sneaking in a little session and we both laughed — what do people who don’t do Pilates do to feel this good? I know I’m a little biased. But I also know how my body feels when I haven’t moved my spine yet. A little stiff. A little compressed. Like everything just feels… tight and stuck.

So those in-between 20–30 minutes? They’re less about squeezing in a workout and more about sustaining my body. I always say moving your spine is lotion. A few rounds of flexion, extension, some rotation — it hydrates the discs, wakes up the joints, and tells my nervous system it’s okay to settle. When my spine moves, everything else feels more organized. Less cranky. More clear.

Pilates is absolutely strength work. It challenges me every single time. But it’s also the place I return to when something feels off. It gives me stretch and support in the same breath. It’s how I reset before the next client walks in or before I shift into mom mode for after-school pick up. It brings me back to center.

It never really gets easy. It keeps me curious. It keeps me honest. And it always makes me feel better walking out than when I walked in.

If you’ve been wondering where to start…
maybe it’s with your spine.

Come in and try full circle, We’d love to move with you. 🤍

Our Full Circle Future-Focused Runners Initiative kicked off with our very first 6 week (small group) runners workshop for highschool athletes - and what a start.

Athletes coming together from Sparta, Warwick, and Goshen, united by a love of running and a shared commitment to staying healthy for the long run.

As a runner myself, I know how essential cross-training is—and Pilates is hands down one of the most powerful modalities for runners. It trains the core, strengthens the feet, builds the hip-to-foot connection, supports the hips, and creates expansion in and around the spine.

Running is repetitive, high-impact, and compressive. Pilates brings balance—moving the spine in all directions, restoring length, building strength in support, and creating space. That balance is what gives runners more power, efficiency, and resilience over time.

This work isn’t about doing less—it’s about training smarter.
Strong feet. Supported hips. A healthy spine.
So these athletes can keep running, growing, and loving the sport—for years to come.

✨ Follow along as we continue this journey.
💬 Drop a comment if you have a runner who wants to feel strong, supported, and confident in their body—now and for the long run. Next workshop starts in March!
